Because Zeke Bucci-Torres is passionate about people, he has made his career one of service.  He began by serving in the United States Air Force and then chose a career in the insurance industry in order to assist others navigate the overwhelmingly confusing yet incredibly beneficial world of insurance.   He is adept at listening and ascertaining needs in order to match his clients to the best insurance products for their goals which can range from providing lifetime income for their retirement to leaving a legacy for their loved ones.  Earning many awards, he has been a recognized leader in the industry for over 17 years in Albuquerque, NM where he joyfully resides with his four amazing children and his beautiful wife of 25 years.  Zeke is committed to his family and his values and continues to pursue goals outside of business, including his 2nd degree black belt in Karate.

Steve earned a bachelors degree in Business Administration through the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Steve also played football during his tenure at the university.

Giving back to his community is top of mind for Steve.  He is currently involved in:  Serving Our Seniors of Erie County- Board Member; Catholic Charities of Erie County – Board Member; Sandusky Yacht Club; Sandusky Rotary Club and the Catawba Island Club. 

Outside of the office

A native of Sandusky, Steve lives with his wife of 35 years , Lori in Perkins Township.  They are very proud of their two children: Ryan, an attorney in Dallas, and Kayla, a graduate student at Ohio State.Steve enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, bicycling and other outdoor activities and is an avid reader.  Steve is a huge  Ohio State University football fan.

Brian has 33+ years of Wealth Management experience and is the firm’s founder. Brian is a certified Bloomberg terminal and Thompson Reuters Eikon investment professional. Brian uses both of these tools for securities research, portfolio modeling, analytics, and stress testing of investment models and portfolios of every type.  Using real-time economic factors, global news, and portfolio specific events and signals that he monitors daily; enables him to manage client portfolios efficiently throughout True Alpha’s book of business. He believes that the key to portfolio management is risk management, and he has the best tools in the industry to do just that!

Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Senior Portfolio Manager

As Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of the firm, Brian oversees the investment strategy for our client’s assets as Portfolio Manager. In his role as Portfolio Manager, Brian invests client portfolios based on our unique financial planning process. He develops specific models for each client as appropriate to their needs, risk tolerance, and objectives. Brian specializes in using both strategic and tactical disciplines with an emphasis on risk management, tax minimization, and wealth preservation as related to each client’s specific financial plan. Brian provides objective investment advice and guidance to both individuals and institutions. Integrating a complex body of investment knowledge and experience, he applies that knowledge to systematically and ethically assist clients in managing portfolios and making prudent investment decisions. Brian builds and manages customized investment strategies and implements proprietary model portfolios that he manages for a fixed, all-inclusive fee (free of transaction costs) as appropriate for each client’s unique situation. Our client’s lives and the markets are very dynamic; as a result, Brian receives his greatest reward by helping clients navigate those changes successfully, and in doing so, has developed long-lasting trusted relationships.

Making a difference in my community

Brian has worked in Sandusky and lives in Huron and has served on many boards and in leadership positions with Habitat for Humanity, The American Cancer Society, The Shriners, The State Theatre, Plum Brook country club, The Sandusky Yacht club, the Huron Yacht club, and the Patrick and Louise Murray Foundation.  He believes that it is imperative to give back to the community in which he lives and does so regularly through regular contributions of time and money.

Outside the Office

Brian lives in Huron with his wife, Erin Murray, and enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.  Active his whole life in many outdoor and sporting activities and coaching, he now spends more time with his wife and kids - traveling, boating, fishing, and is a voracious reader.

Tracy Rosenau is a 30-year financial services industry veteran and dedicated holistic financial advisor.  Life is hard sometimes, and experience matters.  Successfully navigating real world experiences like elder care, divorce, career change, entrepreneurship, and numerous historic economic and stock market events of recent decades requires empathy, understanding and wisdom.  Her personal and professional experiences are why Tracy is uniquely able to meet clients wherever they are in their financial lives.

Tracy holds an Executive MBA (EMBA), is a FINRA registered investment advisor with Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, is a Certified Financial Fiduciary^® (CFF), a Bucket Plan Certified^® planner, and carries Life, Health and Annuities licenses in multiple states.  A life-long Cleveland native, in her spare time she enjoys all manner of sports and outdoor recreation with family, friends, and beloved 4-foots.

Ed Beemiller, Certified Financial Fiduciary ® (CFF), has been in the financial services industry in Central Ohio for over 21 years. He holds a BA from Kenyon College and an MBA from The Ohio State University School of Business. Ed was formerly the CFO of a $45MM privately held corporation and had spent 17+ years working in the Commercial Banking Industry as a SVP of a Regional Bank in Central Ohio. Ed has extensive experience in advising/consulting with business owners and executives in planning and developing financial strategies, general business consulting, appropriate capital structuring, and securing financing alternatives to ensure the continued successful operations of their companies.

Besides consulting with business owners to help them leverage assets and build wealth, Ed also works with individuals and families who are looking to build a road map to a more secure financial future and balance risk in their investments. Ed designs customized asset accumulation and income distribution plans that help his clients to reduce market risk within their retirement plans, and create tax-advantaged and/or guaranteed streams of income for retirement.

Ed is passionate about helping his clients achieve their long-term financial goals by offering multiple risk diversification strategies, building multiple asset buckets to produce consistent income streams that will last throughout their lifetime, and helping them build inter-generational wealth.

Brian earned a bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University in 1989 after graduating from Holy Name High School.  He spent 10 years with a multi-million dollar sales organization as a regional manager before pursuing his current career in the financial world.  Brian began his career as a retirement planner with First National Equity in 1999.  He incorporated in 2000 and opened North Coast Financial Consultants in October 2006.

     Brian is happily married to his wife, Linda of 27 years, and resides in Richfield with their three children.  He enjoyed coaching and attending his children’s basketball, baseball, and volleyball events and also served as Athletic Director and Pastoral Designee at Assumption Academy.  His oldest son works with Brian part- time while pursuing his college degree.  Brian’s daughter will be a senior in the Business School at Ohio University and his youngest son will be a senior at Walsh Jesuit High School.

     Brian works closely with Financial Independence Group, who provides him with comprehensive product illustrations and current, up-to-date information on the many investment options he offers.  He treats every client with respect and integrity and provides them with an independent financial analysis.

Ronald J. Gulaskey was raised in Western Pennsylvania where he obtained a Bachelor of Science at Penn State University. In 1996, Ron moved to Loveland, Ohio where he now resides with his family. Ron has over 30 years of experience as a Registered Investment Advisor and established his own successful retirement planning company, Retire Right Wealth Management.

Retire Right focuses on retirement income planning with established investing strategies, creating lifetime income streams, and protecting assets from long term care Costs. He is very diligent in helping his clients achieve their long-term financial goals by utilizing less risky investment and insurance products available. He understands that his clients are the most important part of his firm, and that personalized service is essential when matching clients with the right financial products and services.

As a Certified Financial Fiduciary®, he believes in honesty, integrity, full disclosure, loyalty, good faith and works hard to exemplify these values in everything he does. This applies personally and professionally. Ron maintains a level of Fiduciary duty to the client. Ron has been happily married to his wife Rebecca for 25 years. She works as a Chemical Engineer for Proctor Gamble. He is the proud father of two children, his son Hunter (16) and his daughter Cadence (20), who is attending The University of Cincinnati.
