Jeff Garnica started his profession career in the medical device and healthcare industry.  From there, Jeff made the decision to get in to the financial planning business with AXA Advisors.  Jeff then joined Huntington Investment Company and assisted clients of the bank with retirement planning, investments, and estate planning services while working closely with the Trust Department as well.  Given the background in healthcare and financial planning, the Long Term Care business was a great fit and Jeff was recruited to Genworth Financial as a Vice President of Sales for the Great Lakes Region. 

New York Life made a play to recruit the top performers from Genworth and Jeff left to join New York Life as  a Product Consultant for the Long Term Care and Linked Benefit product lines.  His territory consisted of working with over 1000 New York Life agents from Annapolis Maryland to Evansville Indiana.  While an excellent career move and after 4 years on the road, Jeff left New York Life to start a financial planning and insurance brokerage business in the cities of Cincinnati and Dayton Ohio.  The new business is thriving and Jeff is now enjoying the ability to be involved in the community and spend time cultivating relationships with family, friends, and clients.

My Personal Interests: Mark graduated from The Ohio State University, and started his financial services career with Northwestern Mutual, before deciding to become an independent financial advisor in 2005.  He is actively involved with the Million Dollar Round Table(MDRT), where he has been a qualifying member for 23 consecutive years (1996-2018). He has earned 8 Top of the Table(TOT) qualifications and 7 Court of the Table(COT)qualifications (top 6%).

For the past 12 years, Mark has been a participant in the Strategic Coach program, designed for entrepreneurs.  Mark enjoys the insights from Warren Buffett and incorporates his wisdom in both his personal and professional life.

Mark was born in Dayton, Ohio and currently resides on a small family farm of 10 acres in Waynesville, Ohio. He and his wife, Kelly, have been married for 27 years, and have 9 children, 3 of which are siblings adopted from Ethiopia. Together, the family raises miniature donkeys, chickens, horses, and bees.  Mark is a Board Member of a Child’s Hope International, a ministry focused on orphans and children around the world.

Dionicio (Dioni) Trevino has been in the securities industry for over 10 years now.  He obtained his MBA in Finance from Ball State University in 2002.  Prior to that, he graduated from The University of Florida with a bachelors in animal science.  In 2013, he earned the LUTCF designation from The American College.            

Utilizing an all encompassing approach, Dioni enjoys helping people secure their financial independence through the products and services he offers.       "Being able to offer fee-based solutions along with security products, my clients can be assured that I put their interests first." -says Dioni

Kirk Teppe is an Investment Adviser Representative in West Chester, Ohio. He began his financial services career in 1980 and today serves individuals, families, small business owners, and retirees. He focuses on retirement planning and 401(k) rollovers for those individuals entering retirement or changing jobs. Kirk also work with small businesses to implement and maintain 401(k) programs and Simple IRAs. He also has an extensive background in life and health insurance planning.
