Mark resides with his wife and business partner, Terry Charnet, in Wayne, NJ. Mark and Terry have been happily married for 32 years, and have 4 children. As well as being an accomplished alpine skier, captain of his own boat, pianist and composer, Mark has served on multiple charitable boards and raises money for various charities and organizations across the globe. In Mark’s opinion charitable giving is the world’s best preventative medicine.
Hoyt Robey was born on Long Island, New York, raised in an aviation and farming family in Kansas City, Missouri. He married his college sweetheart, LeeAnn, in Bellevue, WA and is the father of five children and 12 grandchildren (and counting!). His mother once said the only thing they had against him is that he is a 'yankee'.
He is an avid outdoorsman, even riding a self supported bicycling tour from Bountiful, UT to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon for his oldest son Jencen's senior trip. In the wintertime you will find him cross country skiing or Fat biking at the Ogden Nordic North Fork trails and in the summer kayaking at Pineview or Causey resevior's. His earlier awards as an Eagle Boy Scout have also helped him to be an active volunteer in the community, giving back with a significant amount of his personal time.
After serving a church mission for two years in Utah he is now thrilled to be Utah resident with the people and mountains that he loves! Most recently he and his wife have fulfilled an 18 month mission serving in the Ogden, Utah, Young Church Service Mission. She is the in-house CPA advisor, with a focus on client tax preparation services, advisory services and expanding the company’s ability to provide clients with overall comprehensive financial advice. Megan started her career in public accounting at Mazars as an audit and tax associate, with a focus on the manufacturing and distribution industries. Prior to graduating college, she also volunteered for the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program in Ithaca, NY to help low to-moderate-income clients prepare their personal tax returns. While at Mazars, she worked on private clients, providing well-rounded services in audit and review work, tax preparation and bookkeeping services for select clients. She then transitioned into the Internal Audit group at Henry Schein where she focused more on financial audit and internal control testing of the company and their subsidiaries. She received her Certified Internal Auditor designation while working at Henry Schein and also worked independently as a tax preparer throughout her professional work years.
Megan graduated summa cum laude from Ithaca College in 2011 with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in mathematics. While in college she was a Beta Gamma Sigma National Scholar and was invited into Beta Alpha Psi and Phi Kappa Phi for her achievement within the business school and her graduating class. She also spent a summer studying in London, and after graduation continued her education at Hofstra University with additional graduate level accounting courses. Megan was born and raised in Wantagh, NY and currently lives in Commack, NY with her husband.

Richard is a graduate of the university of Miami and is a Chartered Financial Consultant. He is passionate about military service members so is heavily involved with the Wounded Warriors Project and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial fund. Richard is also involved with Migdal Ohr (“Tower of Light”), a non-profit organization for children at risk.
