Eli Saline, CFP®, is an Investment Advisor and OSJ Principal for Saline Wealth Management Group, a Wealth Management and Financial Planning firm founded in 2004. Eli specializes in comprehensive wealth management and is responsible for the supervision of a division with representatives in 3 states and a combined assets under management of over $375 million.

Before joining Saline Wealth Management Group in 2009, Eli obtained dual bachelor’s degrees in Economics, which a concentration in International Economics, and Film Studies from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Eli currently holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 53, and 66 securities licenses, as well as insurance licenses in NJ and FL for Life, Health, and Variable insurance. Eli lives with his beautiful wife Megan in Haddon Heights, NJ. Megan is an elementary school teacher in the Haddonfield School District.

Jim joined Saline Wealth Management Group in October 2012. His specialties include financial and retirement planning, portfolio development, corporate retirement plan counseling, and estate and wealth transfer strategies.

Jim began his financial services career as a member of the analyst team supporting financial controls and risk analysis at Goldman Sachs in downtown New York, followed by a position as a financial advisor at LPL Financial. He holds professional certifications as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP^®), Chartered Financial Consultant^®(ChFC^®), and Accredited Investment Fiduciary^®(AIF^®), and he holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. Jim graduated from the prestigious Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State Universitywith a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science.

Most recently, Jim was recognized as a Five Star Wealth Manager in 2012, 2013 and 2014. This is an annual honor given to less than one percent of wealth managers out of a population of over 49,000 registered financial services professionals in New Jersey.

In his personal time, Glenn is a serious pianist and has performed solo classical piano at Carnegie Weill Recital Hall at age 22 and 23. Richard was hired to head up the Senior Services Division at Atlas Advisory Group. This group is an integral part of the “Holistic Planning” process that Atlas employs to help prepare clients for Social Security distribution, Medicare planning, Long Term Care and Retirement Income planning.

Richard works closely with clients to help design comprehensive, flexible financial plans with the goal of wealth optimization. He tailors each client’s investment portfolio to their unique goals and objectives with an intention of minimizing risk. The financial world is constantly in flux and Richard takes pride in educating his clients and their advisors on how the changing investment landscape can impact their ability to plan for the future.

To better prepare his clients in planning for retirement, Mr. Gustafson has acquired the National Social Security Association designation and is a member of NAMSMAP (National Association of Medicare Supplements and Medicare Advantage Producers).
