He has helped thousands of families protect, preserve, grow, and create generational wealth. A family business for almost 70 years, he has been involved in every aspect of the planning process. As a distribution executive, he has consulted and helped to build products, platforms, and the infrastructure for distribution for some of the largest investment firms in the world. In addition, he has been a presenter and coached hundreds of the most successful financial advisors in the industry on public speaking and presentation skills, value proposition, branding, and practice management. Mr. Rosenberg graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Miami school of business. He has earned the chartered life underwriter (CLU), chartered financial consultant (ChFC), and certified financial fiduciary (CF2) professional designations. He volunteers his time with sea turtle rescue operations, the Nature Conservancy, Florida beach and pier clean-ups, and diving assistance for wounded veterans. Zach Keister joined Nelson Financial Planning in September of 2021 as a Relationship Coordinator. Before embarking on his career in financial planning, Zach spent 8 years as an Engineer in a central Indiana fire department, where he developed invaluable skills in leadership, crisis management, and teamwork. His experience in public service instilled in him a deep sense of responsibility and a commitment to serving others—a foundation that continues to inform his approach to client relationships at NFP.

Since joining NFP, Zach has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional growth and excellence. He has earned several notable designations including Certified Financial Fiduciary®, Certified Fund Specialist, and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor. Zach holds a Series 6 Securities License with FINRA, for Investment Company and Variable Contracts. These achievements highlight his dedication to mastering the intricacies of financial planning and upholding the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility for his clients.

Currently pursuing a business degree from Indiana University, Zach remains committed to expanding his knowledge and staying abreast of industry trends to better serve his clients and contribute to the growth of Nelson Financial Planning.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Zach enjoys engaging in intellectual challenges such as playing chess, which complements his strategic thinking skills honed through years of public service and financial planning.
