James Huhn is the founder of WRM Advisors, LLC and this year celebrates his 48th year in the insurance and financial services industries. He is a Registered Financial Consultant® (RFC), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC), Long-Term Care Professional (LTCP), a licensed insurance agent in Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee, and holds a Series 66 securities license. He has spent more than two decades as a financial consultant helping others protect what they have worked for throughout their lives. Jim enjoys meeting new people on a regular basis and creating a plan to protect against many financial risks, including market risk, health risks, inflation risk, and longevity risk.
He has created a successful practice working with individuals and business owners both in person and virtually. The firm has established strategic partnerships with carefully selected companies, offering solutions tailored for individuals and business owners. WRM Advisors, LLC. also offers a comprehensive estate planning software tool to assist clients in preparing their estate plans.
Two of the absolute most important aspects of Jim’s life are faith and family. Jim works with non-profit organizations focused on helping those in need both locally and around the world. Jim relocated to the mountains of Northern Georgia in 2020 and enjoys life in the cabin of his dreams. Jim enjoys all things outdoors, cooking, and most music. He is a published poet and enjoys creative writing in his free time. Additionally, he loves to travel; his favorite travel location so far was Sicily, the birthplace of his paternal grandmother.

Throughout his career, John has successfully built several multi-million-dollar businesses, including one with over 170 employees and subcontractors operating in 37 states. He has excelled in a wide range of responsibilities involving business management, finance, investing, real estate, and legal/contractual duties – all the while continually educating himself professionally.
Passionate about genuine financial principles, John actively engages in private lending, real estate, and business funding. All of which were greatly enhanced once he learned and implemented the Infinite Banking Concept in his businesses and investments almost two decades ago.
Beyond his professional pursuits, John enjoys sharing his knowledge and is particularly dedicated to creating financial freedom for others, especially business owners and real estate investors. Through this, John realized there was a massive need for “true” financial education so that people could be financially free.

Steven L. Rich is an Investment Adviser Representative and Licensed Insurance Professional with Anders & Anders Financial Group. Steven and his wife Amanda have three children, Charlotte, Steven Jr. and Colin and reside in New Smyrna Beach. They enjoy their close-knit community and can often be seen taxiing around the area in their “electric blue” golf cart.

Ira started in the investment industry in 1984 as a stock broker working for First Jersey Securities having a desire to help people become financially independent. He went on to work for several other regional and national firms including Shearson Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney. While working for Shearson Lehman Brothers, he completed the prescribed studies and satisfied the requirements for their Guided Portfolio Management Program.In April of 1996, Ira concluded – “to best serve my clients and provide impartial advice, I have to be independent.” As a result, he resigned from Smith Barney and formed the Work Financial Group in West Palm Beach FL.In October of 1996, he completed a one-year course through the Institute of Business and Finance designed to provide a deeper understanding of mutual funds and annuity programs.In 1998, he began his studies with The American College to earn the Chartered Financial Consultant Designation (ChFC®) which he completed in October of 2003.In July of 2003, having completed most of his required courses for the ChFC®, he satisfied the requirements of the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants and was awarded the RFC® designation.In August of 2008, Ira became part of the coaching team of Paul Winkler, Inc. His focus is helping clients understand the common mistakes investors make and what it takes to build successful portfolios. Born in Vietnam, Ngoc experienced the turmoil of war firsthand, escaping its perils on a fishing boat with her family at the age of five. Despite the demands of her professional life, she has been a devoted full-time single mother since her son was 6 months old and cherishes their quality time together.
