As owner and Wealth Advisor, Darel Crosby has over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry- as a representative, manager, trainer, presenter, and business owner. Darel is a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC(R)) and Certified Financial Fiduciary(R) and is motivated to provide his clients with a wide array of financial vehicles and strategies to achieve their financial goals. He enjoys a deep connection with his clients and has now worked with the second generation of many of his original clientele. Darel was raised in the White Mountains os Arizona and his family was deeply involved in agriculture and ranching. He married his college sweetheart, Shannon, and together they have 5 children and 6 grandchildren. In his time away from work, Darel spends time with his family, following his favorite sports teams, and serving his community.

Tony Engrassia founded Wealth Management Strategies, Inc. to provide independent, fee-based financial planning and wealth management to his clients. Tony and his family moved to the Rocky Mount, NC area in 1991, and his deep roots in the community and strong commitment to its people help him offer tax-efficient strategies for preserving and growing family wealth that has a very personal, customized touch for his clients. Tony is also the creator of the Strategic Freedom Process™, a process that helps his clients develop strategies, so they can enjoy greater personal and financial opportunities during retirement.

Tony attended the University of South Florida where he received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and a minor Business Administration. In furthering his professional career, he earned a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation and is a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow® (LUTCF®). Most recently, Tony became a Certified Financial Fiduciary® (CFF) and also achieved his NSSA Advisor Certificate, this has made Tony qualified to help retirees select the best time to access Social Security Benefits . In addition, Tony has his Series 65 securities license. He also has his life and health insurance licenses. In addition, Tony has been recognized by his peers and been named to the Million Dollar Roundtable for his achievements as an advisor.
Tony has made the Rocky Mount area his home for nearly thirty years. He enjoys outdoors activities including golfing, hunting, fishing, and training hunting dogs. And he loves spending as much time as possible with his wife and three kids. Tony is a practicing catholic and is a 4th degree knight with the Knights of Columbus.

After more than 23 years in the financial services industry, Julie started Keystone Financial Planning with one focus: create a more personalized approach for clients. “I believe that the old model of lots of fees with little service doesn’t align with what should be happening in financial planning,” she said. “I wanted to discover new and improved ways to serve clients.”
Julie’s approach is to deliver a client experience that is never rushed or intimidating and often educational. Julie and her husband, Greg, have four children, one grandson and 14 chickens. She fills up her free time with a variety of activities, including gardening, painting, working out, and playing with her grandson.
Christina Maria Lamb is a Financial Planner and IRS Enrolled Agent with Nelson Financial Planning (NFP) as well as a FINRA Registered Representative and Principal of Nelson Ivest Brokerage Services (NIBS), in Winter Park, Florida.
Mrs. Lamb graduated from the University of Central Florida earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration as a finance major. While attending college, Mrs. Lamb worked a full-time accounting position with Aramark and joined the NFP team as a financial intern back in January of 2004.
Mrs. Lamb holds an Enrolled Agent designation from the Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service, a Series 6 Securities License, Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative and Series 26 Securities Principal License, Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Principal.Mrs. Lamb specializes in integrating tax implications throughout an individual’s financial plan.
Mrs. Lamb’s volunteer work in the community includes involvement with local public schools in the Kissimmee/Saint Cloud area where she grew up, along with yearly participation with the American Cancer Society.
Mrs. Lamb has been married to Eric Lamb since 2008. They have one son Ethen, who currently is involved with the Boy Scouts of America and hockey.

Colton Cockerell is a financial advisor for Sharer McKinley Group, LLC.
