Julie Manning consults and advises clients on key risk factors they may face in retirement, helping them build a plan to get from point A to point B with certainty. As she answers questions and provides guidance to clients, she keeps her focus on addressing their personal needs and goals, always making decisions that are best for the client.
After more than 23 years in the financial services industry, Julie started Keystone Financial Planning with one focus: create a more personalized approach for clients. “I believe that the old model of lots of fees with little service doesn’t align with what should be happening in financial planning,” she said. “I wanted to discover new and improved ways to serve clients.”
Julie’s approach is to deliver a client experience that is never rushed or intimidating and often educational. She has received Circle of Excellence recognition by Women in Financial Services (WIFS), a national organization that supports women in financial services. Julie partners with Woman’s Worth®, a unique program that helps women understand the relationship between health and wealth. Julie and her husband, Greg, have four children, one grandson and 14 chickens. She fills up her free time with a variety of activities, including gardening, painting, working out, and playing with her grandson.
Christina Maria Lamb is a Financial Planner and IRS Enrolled Agent with Nelson Financial Planning (NFP) as well as a FINRA Registered Representative and Principal of Nelson Ivest Brokerage Services (NIBS), in Winter Park, Florida.
Mrs. Lamb graduated from the University of Central Florida earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration as a finance major. While attending college, Mrs. Lamb worked a full-time accounting position with Aramark and joined the NFP team as a financial intern back in January of 2004.
Mrs. Lamb holds an Enrolled Agent designation from the Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service, a Series 6 Securities License, Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative and Series 26 Securities Principal License, Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Principal.Mrs. Lamb specializes in integrating tax implications throughout an individual’s financial plan.
Mrs. Lamb’s volunteer work in the community includes involvement with local public schools in the Kissimmee/Saint Cloud area where she grew up, along with yearly participation with the American Cancer Society.
Mrs. Lamb has been married to Eric Lamb since 2008. They have one son Ethen, who currently is involved with the Boy Scouts of America and hockey.

Colton Cockerell is a financial advisor for Sharer McKinley Group, LLC. His passion is working with people and assisting them in reaching their financial goals through fiduciary, prudent investment advisory services and strategies. Since joining the Sharer McKinley team, his role as an investment advisor is focused on the design and implementation of retirement plans for his trusted clients. He also works closely with younger families advising on the importance of saving for college through tax-advantaged investments.
Cockerell began his financial career working as Director of Operations with Sharer McKinley Group, LLC in 2013. While in this role, he was responsible for servicing and communicating with many diverse clientele. Because of this, he was able to learn, grow and develop the skills necessary to perform each task at a high level while understanding the importance of giving every client the time and attention necessary to achieve all of their pre and post retirement goals.
Cockerell is a graduate of the University of Houston – Clear Lake with a degree in Finance. Outside of the office, he volunteers at Bay Area Church in the worship and youth ministries and enjoys golfing, hiking and being outdoors.
