Ryan holds a business management degree from Northwood University in Palm Beach, Florida, where he was a four-year scholarship athlete. He holds Life and Health Insurance Licenses in the state of Tennessee that enable him to offer a variety of financial products. Through the National Association of Certified Fiduciaries, Ryan maintains a Certified Financial Fiduciary® (CFF) designation.
Ryan has been featured in several articles and has been invited to speak to his peers at industry conferences over the years. John Hart has been Insurance licensed since 2006, in Tennessee, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, and Virginia. A Million Dollar Round Table Member in 2014 and in 2015, he completed a program called Master Mentor with Circle of Wealth; very few advisors have this program across the country.
He was born and raised in Shelbyville, TN, and is proud to have lived there his entire life. John and Marilyn are members of the Church of Christ, and have been married for 33 years. They both love to travel, and have visited Israel and Hawaii many times.

For nearly two decades Steve Glover has been extremely involved in his community.First serving as Chair of the McGavock Parent Cluster Group, the chair of Government Relations for the Parents Advisory Council with Metro Nashville Public Schools.He decided to run for the Metro Nashville Public Schools School Board and in 2006 was elected to represent Donelson, Hermitage and Old Hickory.
While on the school board, Steve’s business skills in finance led to his appointment as chair of the budget and finance committee.In 2009 & 2010, he was instrumentalin guiding the system through its most challenging financial crisis the system had ever witnessed.Upon finishing his term with the school board, Steve was approached to run for the Metro Council.He was elected in 2011 and is now in his eighth year.
Serving on the Metro Council, with the Budget and Finance committee, Steve has pushed the Council to be good stewards of tax revenues and has constantly fought against foolish spending in Nashville. The current session of this Council ends August, 2019.

Andrew got into the banking industry around 2007 and was aspiring to be a financial advisor. Unfortunately Andrew could not have picked a worse time to learn to be a financial advisor. Only a year into Andrew’s banking career, the Global Financial Crisis occurred.
Observing the Financial Advisor Andrew was mentoring under, running around like a “chicken with his head cut off” trying to explain to his clients why their portfolios just lost 30-40%, Andrew was convinced that he never wanted to be involved in losing a client’s money. EVER.
Shortly after Andrew’s epiphany, Andrew father passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 45, leaving his mother and two younger siblings still at home. Andrew’s mother was a stay-at-home mom and hadn’t worked in almost 20 years. She was faced with some very difficult decisions.
And although she did receive a Life Insurance Death Benefit, she did what most people do when they are unsure of how to handle a big amount of money. She went to a Financial Advisor and invested in the market.
