With over two decades in the financial industry, Stuart holds credentials as a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant (ChFEBCSM), National Social Security Advisor (NSSA®), and Federal Retirement Coach (FRCSM),mainly aiding federal employees and teachers with retirement strategies, including defined benefit pension plans and income planning.Graduating in 2005 from Virginia Commonwealth University, Stuart now resides in Richmond with his wife, Andrea, their two children, and a bevy of unnamed cats. Balancing family life and client service,he indulges his love for sports by coaching girls’ basketball locally, exemplifying his commitment to his community and family.
