About Hoyt Robey

Hoyt Robey was born on Long Island, New York, raised in an aviation and farming family in Kansas City, Missouri.  He married his college sweetheart, LeeAnn, in Bellevue, WA and is the father of five children and eight grandchildren (and counting!). His mother once said the only thing they had against him is that he is a 'yankee'.
He is an avid outdoorsman, even riding a self supported bicycling tour from Bountiful, UT to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon for his oldest son Jencen's senior trip. In the wintertime you will find him cross country skiing or Fat biking at the Ogden Nordic North Fork trails and in the summer kayaking at Pineview or Causey resevior's.  His earlier awards as an Eagle Boy Scout have also helped him to be an active volunteer in the community, giving back with a significant amount of his personal time.
After serving a church mission for two years in Utah he is now thrilled to be Utah resident with the people and mountains that he loves!  Most recently he and his wife have fulfilled an 18 month mission serving in the Ogden, Utah, Young Church Service Mission.  "What an honor it has been to mentor these Young people with special challenges".
