Mr. Desberg began his career as an Investment Advisor Representative in Scottsdale helping his clients prepare and plan for their future. The same year, he founded the independent financial services firm, Desberg Financial, and expanded his practice throughout Arizona.

Prior to calling Arizona home in 1996, Todd attended school near Cleveland in the small town of Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

Todd eventually enrolled in graduate school at the University of Arizona from 1997-1998 to study Public Health, Law, and Business Administration and he received his Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University. He graduated Cum Laude, with honors in 1995, majoring in Health Services Administration and Business Administration. Todd was also recognized as an outstanding student-athlete and was awarded an athletic scholarship for competing on the University’s NCAA Division I wrestling team from 1990-1994.

Today, Todd is committed to maintaining the highest standards, integrity and professionalism in the work he does for every single family. His strong desire for helping people enables him to fully understand each client's unique situation, so he can deliver quality products along with the personalized service that people deserve.

Family life

Married to Melissa in 2005 and happily raising their son and daughter in Scottsdale. They are a family of mountain bikers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Head Coach - Desert Mountain High School and Mountainside Middle School Mountain Bike Team in Scottsdale. Affiliated with the North Valley Riders Mountain Bike team through the Arizona Interscholastic Cycling League (AICL) and the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA).

Past President, Endowment Chairman and Executive Board member for Tucson - Dollars for Scholars, a Scholarship America organization. Proudly dedicated to supporting local high school graduates attending the University of Arizona by awarding over one million dollars in renewable scholarships to highly qualified young men and women.

Breanna Colón is a Financial Advisor, Speaker and Author of the book “The Secrets

of Savings Money: Experiencing The Unlimited”. She is also the President/CEO of

Integrity Financial Solutions, Inc. a financial service and education company. She

is originally from Augusta, Georgia and currently resides in the DC Metropolitan

Area with offices in Columbia, MD.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Accounting, Breanna has over 20 years

of experience in the financial industry. Over the years, she has acquired an in

depth knowledge of retirement, college, insurance, investment, mortgage, and

budget solutions. She aims to help others achieve financial success. She is very

passionate about the subject of personal finance and continuously grateful to God

for the gifted ability to assess and strategically craft financial plans for others to

achieve success.

She has spoken across the country for churches, seminars, conference and

women events. Money is quite often a difficult topic for people to talk about, but

Breanna incites enthusiasm, and motivates both in her personal consultations as

well as on stage.

Breanna has been afforded opportunities to provide financial direction for several

major corporations and non profit organizations. She previously served as leader

of the financial stewardship ministry at Church of the Great Commission. She has

also served as a member of the financial review team for South Potomac Church

in White Plains, MD. And she has served on the financial stewardship team at

Bridgeway Community Church, a multi-cultural church in Columbia, MD.

Outside of her business life, she is a wife and mother of 3 busy young men. It is a

soccer life in the Colón house, and she is excited to be her boys' biggest cheer

leader. When she's not running to games, orchestra concerts, or running the

business, she is singing at church, acting on stage, or working on her next book.

There are no dull moments! With God and a supportive husband, Breanna feels it

is all working together for her good!

Andrew got into the banking industry around 2007 and was aspiring to be a financial advisor. Unfortunately Andrew could not have picked a worse time to learn to be a financial advisor. Only a year into Andrew’s banking career, the Global Financial Crisis occurred.

Observing the Financial Advisor Andrew was mentoring under, running around like a “chicken with his head cut off” trying to explain to his clients why their portfolios just lost 30-40%, Andrew was convinced that he never wanted to be involved in losing a client’s money. EVER.

Shortly after Andrew’s epiphany, Andrew father passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 45, leaving his mother and two younger siblings still at home. Andrew’s mother was a stay-at-home mom and hadn’t worked in almost 20 years. She was faced with some very difficult decisions.

And although she did receive a Life Insurance Death Benefit, she did what most people do when they are unsure of how to handle a big amount of money. She went to a Financial Advisor and invested in the market.

As Andrew was looking at her statement one day he discovered that although she had gained some interest, every penny she earned was eaten up in fees. This made Andrew furious. Andrew set out to find alternatives for his mother. Something that would offer her guarantees.

Molly began her career in the investment and retirement planning industry in 1996 as a financial advisor for RBC Dain.  As part of an advisor team servicing retail clients, they helped individuals and families create and monitor their personal financial plans to meet their long-term goals. 

 After taking a break to focus on raising her four children, she joined Dave’s team in 2013.  As Octagon’s Client Relationship Manager, she works closely with clients to better ensure their investment portfolios and overall financial plans remain aligned with their long-term goals.

 She is a Certified Financial Fiduciary and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.  She takes her responsibility to be a fiduciary very seriously and appreciates the trust their clients have in them.

 A native Minnesotan who grew up in Bloomington, she is a graduate of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.  She and her husband are raising their four children in Eden Prairie where she enjoys attending her children’s activities, traveling, reading, and volunteering in the community especially the local non-profit thrift store, PROP SHOP that supports local families in need.
